corps_checker is an automated service that checks constantly if potential corporate sponsors are still online.

All of the institutions checked are included in the lists of sponsors compiled by Art & Business.

(corps_checker uses ping. Ping works like sonar: a signal is sent out and a return message comes back
- if all is well. corps_checker will report if a website has gone off line).

As a service to the artworld, in a time of considerable uncertainty,
corps_checker anxiously takes the pulse of the business benefactor.
